Recipe :

Take out frozen Momos from the cooler. There is no need to defrost because our frozen Momos are pre cooked , simply, when the steamer water is boiling, steam the frozen Momos by placing them on an oiled steamer tray and steam over for 5 minutes or till steamy hot inside.
